16 yIhave done over 10 40 day fasts. Just dont make a big deal out of it and do some research on how fasting works IF you have a need to explain to others what you are doing. The metabolism slowing is just a fact of any form of fasting. Thats just how the system works when in fasting/reserve mode. You can minimize this by remaining active and exercising during the fast. You will need to step up your exercise post fast to help bring back the metabolism back to normal. The need for protein is highly exagerated. 18 yI dont buy oranges from the store. A truck from Florida comes our way once per month, each month has a differant orange that is in season. They ae all very orange and taste great andI have had some last 2 months and still taste great. If left alone with plenty of air, they dry well like any good fruit should.The crap you buy in a store will mould/rot in time and can be from anywhere in the world. It took 4 months of dragging around and then one morning I woke up and it was like heaven opened up. I felt fantastic and jumped out of bed and had energy like never before. 23 yI dont think anyone is making the claim that in 10 days you will be cured from everything that may be ailing yourskin. But with a balanced program of eating right, some liver cleanses and the Master Cleanse you will get somereally big changes in your skin. You may want to do the MC longer or even several 10 day cleanses. I haveonly done the one 10 cleanse and it has made a remarkable difference in my skin all over my body.
